Individualized Home Supports (IHS) are designed for individuals living in their own homes or family homes, offering support within the community living service categories as outlined in the covered services section.
These services can be provided in the individual's residence, their family's home, or community spaces accessible to the public. Support can be delivered either in person or remotely.
IHS encompasses a range of services, including cueing, skill maintenance, guidance, instruction, assistance with activities of daily
living, coordination of community living activities, and direct supervision. It is essential that all support provided aligns with the allowable community living service categories.
